As a certified Massage Therapist, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.
A relaxation massage helps de-stress and loosen up your body and is great for those who have had a hard working week or feel like treating themselves. The treatment consists of flowing strokes, kneading and gentle manipulations of the muscles performed at your chosen pressure. It is a pain-free way to relax both your muscles and your mind.
Focusing on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. Using firm pressure strokes a deep tissue massage can assist in postural and muscular imbalances. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make a difference to their overall health.
